Chairman's Statement

We are a very young nation, populated by young men and women confident of themselves and their future. The benefits of de-regulation and a globalized economy are touching more Indians every day. While the need for inclusive growth and upliftment of the lowest segment of our population cannot be denied, the answer lies in more opening up and increased economic activity rather than less. Economic growth leads to more employment. As businesses need an educated and healthy work force, enlightened self interest is forcing corporate India to invest in people - to a degree and with far greater efficiency than can ever be achieved by talk of reservation politics The trend is already visible and I believe it will gather steam in the years to come.
